[Bug]: unable to join session keyring: unable to create session key: disk quota exceeded

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to fhirtogether server
2. Run sudo docker compose up

Expected behavior

The container should be running correctly

Actual behavior

I was able to finish step 7 after I went to the root user, ran docker compose down --rmi all --remove-orphans and docker compose up --build, but I still got Error response from daemon: failed to create task for container: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: error during container init: unable to join session keyring: unable to create session key: disk quota exceeded and image isn't running.
