Dockerfile for testing branch so we don't need a storage volume. The docker should launch for a developer branch with the all of the necessary files reset from the last run. We should have our test drive all linked up ready for testing.

We will leave dev.wikigdrive.com alone
but add BRANCH.wikigdrive.com to spin up a docker to test the branch.
