Where can paying users get technical support??? #708

I've been a paying user for ~3 years but I can't find out how can I contact technical support and get its attention.
Discord channel is not attended, Twitter/X is not attended, no mail nor telephone number is available for contact.
I had to get back to version 1 because v 2 has bugs for dump/restore but looks like mingo team doesn't give a sh... for its paying customers.

why is that? Offering a product for money implies an compromise to support the paying customers.

The product is generally good but the customer support is b.. sh.

I hope you have the decency to give a fuck for your paying customers or be clear about your unwillingness to support paying customers and make clear we are on our own even though we pay for a license/subscription.
