Same here. Bought a license and can't get a hold of anybody to find out about extra devices

Yeah emails bouncing (even direct ones I had from previous interactions with the founders, I cant log into our team account management page for licensing, etc. Somethings up, and its not great. As a team, we've decided to stop using the product for fears they offloaded the company to someone and who knows what they could start doing with saved data, etc. Such a bummer, i wish teams like this would open source their stuff if they are gonna abandon it
