Add bag-packing metaphor for Git staging #62

Description

@jdyehouse-wrt

In the workshop, we tried out some metaphors for Git staging. The best one referred to packing for a trip. When you are staging, you are picking which items will go into which suitcases. When you commit, that's like closing up the bags (and carrying them downstairs to the car?!)
