Track external client-side skill loading implementations

Background

Split from #40 based on this comment.

As client-side model-driven resource loading gets explored by different teams and projects, we should track external implementations and experiments that build on proposals and references from this repo.

Purpose

Maintain a living list of client-side skill loading implementations outside this repo, so the community can learn from each other's approaches and we can identify convergent patterns.

Known implementations

• pja-ant's Claude Code prototype (see Build client-side reference implementation for model-driven resource loading #40)
• (add more as they emerge)

What to track for each implementation

• Link to repo/project
• Which client it extends or builds on
• Approach taken (URI patterns, MIME types, discovery mechanism)
• Notable differences from the reference implementation
• Status (prototype, production, abandoned)
