Cant send a single mail

I cant even seen single mail
Command that I used is :-
senemail -f **@gmail.com -t **@gmail.com -m "test" -xu "username" -xp "password"

The output that I get is:-
Connection refused =>

[chartist1]

You need to set your gmail account to allow less secure apps to access your gmail account, or use 2 step verification and app passwords.
