The generated linux script uses JAVA_HOME, the windows script doesn't

The behaviour of the 2 generated scripts is different:

• linux script uses JAVA_HOME
• windows .bat script ignores JAVA_HOME and uses JAVACMD which points to the java executable

I think it would be nice to align both behaviors.

+1 my workaround was to define a script in the configuration

<environmentSetupFileName>init</environmentSetupFileName>

This init.bat file is then included in the generated script. I put this into it:

if not "%JAVA_HOME%" == "" set "JAVACMD=%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java"
