[Bug] Switch dark/light theme button background display is incorrect

Describe the bug
Sometimes the switch dark/light theme button background is not in right area, it will appear in the upper-left corner.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Installed Apps'
2. select any app
3. after app file details loaded, the button background will move to the upper-left corner
