The vendor/myIO git submodule is behind upstream mortonanalytics/myIO@main. Bump it to fd5d4e6 to propagate the WebGL beeswarm cleanup and subsequent dependency/CI changes.
Upstream commits since the current pin include:
d0e402d removal of the unwired WebGL beeswarm pipeline (createBeeswarmPipeline, beeswarm-layout.worker.js, build:worker). SVG BeeswarmRenderer is unaffected.- Dependabot security bumps merged 2026-06-21 (ws, undici, hono, dev-deps, actions/checkout) closing 3 HIGH + 5 medium alerts.
pymyIO vendors myIO as a submodule and should stay MD5-identical to upstream (no separate copy). After bumping, verify the vendored tree matches upstream main.
