Make it easier for people to file issues

Looks like people are having a hard time figuring out how they can file issues about this website/the call tool. At least two bugs filed on Bugzilla on random products/components, emails sent to support@mozilla or… emails sent to me :) And those were all relevant feedback

Works for me. Should we add a small Github logo in the footer with "contribute" (or some other word)?
