Option to disable top-half snap so swipe up only triggers full-screen snap

I always use full-screen and left/right snaps, never top or bottom. When I swipe up for full-screen, I often overshoot and hit the top-half snap because its trigger zone is too narrow. An option to disable the top snap would fix this.

Other than that one issue, the app has been fantastic for me!

Thanks for the report! I am currently working on #107 which should solve this issue :)
