Thanks for the developing the tool. It looks extremely useful. I was wondering if you had run any datasets that are more high scale or have any insights.
I'm looking at images that are 3x7x144253x8536 (c,z,x,y) from the Vizgen MERSCOPE platform (channels being DAPI + PolyT (Cytoplasm) + 3 Cell boundary stains (Membrane)) or similar scales. Happy to provide a public example here. This one lacks the cell boundary stain though.
The example, which is a smaller image takes me >3.5 hours on a Quadro RTX 4000.
