Feature Request: Enable/Disable TOR on a per service basis

Provide a means to toggle per service whether or not it's exposed over TOR. For example, I want to run Electrum Server over TOR, but not Jam.

A toggle on the TOR overview page would be nice. But a setting per service on the service page or any other convenient place would be appreciated already.

Tor is available for all the services listed, but you don't have to use them. For example, if you wanted to use electrum server over IPv4, you can setup port forwarding on your router or use VPN to access it. Since both are available, we have not added toggles. If you don't use the tor service, you don't have to use/share the links.
