tag not found from search results

how to get :

1. create file or use exist
2. tag it with new or used one
3. go to search bar, type tag name then find Tags section and click All tagged "tag name"
4. reed the "Unexpected error: Tag not found"

occ files:scan --all did not fix it
occ maintenance:repair did not too

meanwhile leftside panel Tags button shows all tags and tagged files.
