conference room not added to NextCloud users ?

using external free Jitsi server : https://jitsi.freifunk-duesseldorf.de/

I created a new conference room using one user on my Nextcloud server. I copied the room link, using the button present in the Jitsi integration. Then I forwarded the link to other users on my Nextcloud server.
All the users can connect correctly to the conference ad use it. BUT after leaving the conference, the conference room is not saved in their list of the rooms, that is empty for all users except the one who created it.

What I'm doing wrong?
