[Bug]: App Store API crashes when app catalog contains an app ID longer than 32 characters

Bug description

In the 34.0.1.2 version, the app store fails to load external app with id tooo long (skynettechnologiesallinoneaccessibility)

Steps to reproduce

1. Update to 34.0.1.2 (official docker image)
2. Open the app store.
3. Wait until nothing is shown.
4. The app skynettechnologiesallinoneaccessibility cannot be load and the system crashes.

I expected the app store to work

Additional info

The bug happens just after update and try to open the app store. It is blocked across 3 different instances. 3 instances updated, 3 equal problem. The bug seems clear to me.

The app with 41 the chars id have been removed, the App Store works again in nextcloud 34.0.1.2. Take in consideration that the code would still generate an error for such long named apps.
