[Bug]: Nextcloud snap default fresh install testing, installation recommended apps fails

Bug description

Before releasing Nextcloud snap we run default fresh install tests. https://github.com/nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap/wiki/Develop-and-contribute#testing-or-fresh-install-nextcloud-snap

recent PR Release 34.0.1snap1 #3553

default install tests failed due to recommended apps list not available nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap#3553 (comment)

Steps to reproduce

1. install nextcloud snap sudo snap install nextcloud --channel=latest/beta/pr-3553
2. start default installation
3. see error message "Could not fetch list of apps from App Store"

Expected behavior

Default recommended apps should be listed and installable

Just checking, when exactly did you test? Asking to make sure it was not accidentially affected by #61798
If not, do you have a corresponding log entry?

hey @SystemKeeper thanks for you reply, tests were run immediately after PR on Sunday nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap#3553 (comment) (yesterday)

nope, just the error above.

simple 2 minute test, run sudo snap install nextcloud --channel=latest/beta/pr-3553 on your local machine to reproduce :)

looking at that issue, thank you very much, that could certainly be the cause... recommend re-test...

I can confirm the issue even without snap

• Regression from feat: declarative password salt, secret config #57978 it seems (at least the error you posted, not yet sure about the recommneded apps)
