Change the filter list in parental control, replace native tracker, add the shortlink filter list

Parental control doesn't work. I blocked Facebook, but the *.fbcdn.net and *.facebook.com domains aren't blocked. I checked and found they're outdated. Please change them via the repo https://github.com/Cebeerre/dnsblocklists.
