WineFix Patch: Accepting crash reporting permanently causes Affinity to fail to launch

Issue

Prior to the implementation of the Settings correction, this was not a concern. However, following the fix, Affinity now prompts users to submit crash reports to the central server. If you are an average user, select "No" to dismiss the prompt, and normal operation will proceed. If, however, you inadvertently select "Yes," Affinity will fail to launch and will crash during startup.
