Describe the bug
Some sections in the package page can probably be unstuck in mobile to gain real estate.

Discussed in chat:
@alexdln - And don't make the name part of sticky header on mobile 🤔
@knowler - we could also hide stuff in the sticky headers when they’re stuck for at least Chromium on Android with a scroll-state query. Reporter is on iOS, so that wouldn’t help them.
