As a team member, I want to determine design rollout plan so that NSF, CivicActions, and 18F are working efficiently, collaboratively, and effectively.

Acceptance criteria

• Determine Micah’s role
• Determine how we want to structure our sprints (e.g. Research > Design > Development)
• Define roles and responsibilities with CivicActions and internal teams
  • Who will be doing research? On what?
  • Think about how to “hand off” final visual designs

Definition of done

• Teams are in alignment re: who's doing what
• We have a rough roadmap of things we want to accomplish and when
