Galaxyline drawin above info? #244

I don't really know about galaxyline but the config I use seems to draw above information.
For insteace, if I do signature_help() and it results in no signature found, the message is displayed for like 1/10 of a second where Galaxy line is then galaxyline is drawn back again.
