Examples

This directory contains short, canonical session excerpts showing the Specula Method Agent in use.

Files

• session_example_01.md — Phase 1, Step 1: sector + time horizon
• session_example_02.md — Phase 1, Step 2: key uncertainty
• session_example_03.md — Phase 2: Brand Archeology, radical values extraction (real project: Il posto delle fragole)

Format conventions

• Each example includes context, phase, single question, sample answer, and deliverable summary.
• Include a minimal JSON deliverable excerpt consistent with either:
  • schemas/specula_deliverable.json (conceptual profile)
  • schemas/specula_runtime_step.schema.json (runtime-compatible profile)
• Runtime-compatible examples should include explainability metadata in artifact.meta (decision_rationale, evidence_refs, tradeoffs, rejected_alternatives).
• Runtime phase advancement is validated separately and requires at least two human approvals from distinct validator roles.
• Keep examples concise and focused on the interaction contract.
