Support extended bblock use cases

Some other functions that bblocks do

(that need improved processing and UI support too)

1. Execute transforms to/from with validation

this can be used in the postprocess code! allow validation of pre- and post-transform resources against building block validators.

2. Find transforms from bblock registers

which bblock targets can be used in to or from txforms

3. Competency questions

execute a competency question and optionally validate result - is this a special case of transforms?

4. Version or bundle - create a version of a bblock meeting some language version target - e.g. create OAS 3.0 - with bundling rules such as no references.

5. Some sort of semantic extraction - follow the schema-LD-ontology links to bundle some sort of semantic description of a thing to support AI - is there some standard GraphRAG function or API we could logically support?
