Also reporting this, but it seems that the stream has considerable latency and that the network isn't really at fault here.

If Vulkan encoding is at fault as it cannot be really tuned that much, consider using amfh264enc for AMD cards before falling back to VA-API encoding.

I don't have an AMD system I can easily test this with, but happy to accept a patch for the amf stuff if it's similar to the existing logic in detectGstEncoder. I noticed from testing #4 that the Roku is publishing different timing requirements that we aren't handling currently, which I expect is causing this issue.

To note that my tests are conducted using a M4 Mac Mini as the airplay receiver. I didn't conduct (could not) any tests with the TV afterwards.
