New OAuth apps require RSA private key

I just tested creating a new app, Microsoft has changed their interface and OAuth process.

A couple things that changed:

1. SSL is required for redirect URIs
2. It generates a .pfx file with a RSA private key inside. The key is multi-line so it wouldn't work with the current setup.
