All the OQS_SIG have the convenient field claimed_nist_level except the stateful hash-based ones. I think it would be nice to include this for all the LMS/XMSS variants as well.

Althouth in the official NIST SP 800-208 there is no mention to the PQC security levels, as these were defined later during the PQC competition, the security level depends only in the hash function used (and if it's output is truncated or not). An "official" note about this can be found in slide 14 of this NIST presentation.
