Fix CRM API: Basic Auth handling causing no response

I had to disable the integration tests in #10

Need to find enable the tests again, find the root cause and fix it.

Probably related to some handler waiting for a promise that isn't happening, maybe calling of a done() where it shouldn't be.. not sure.
