Hello developers,
I have a little question to consult you. You have developed the hpg-pore to analysis FAST5 files, so you must clearly understand the internal format of the FAST5 files. I use the 'h5dump' to view the entire contents of the FAST5 file, but I can not understand what the make up mean, such as some GROUP,
ATTRIBUTE . Do you know some papers that illustrate FAST5 files in detail? Could you give me a help?
