dashboard editior functions and methods included in guide page

Hey :)

I thought the following functions of the dashboard editor could be included in the Guide:

1. Alias'. How an alias enables a tidy link for sharing. How 'starring' a dashboard creates an even shorter link, and how starred dashboards appear in the top left.
2. Public access. Setting feed and dashboard access states, for public access.
3. HTML Editing. The Paragraph tool can be used to insert any HTML based object.
4. Appending '''&embed=1''' to the URL removes the header and footer of the dashboard, for full-screen viewing.
5. Using the paragraph tool to embed application specific apps for shorter weblinks, or so happens, embedding anything. Credit @pb66
