Add meaningful `__str__` functions for `APIRequest` class

Right now, APIRequest in particular would be nice to have something other than default stringifier, which doesn't tell us what was being requested.

Turns out APIResponse already had a __str__, so this is really just a matter of bringing APIRequest up to snuff with the other model class.
