Consistent labeling of projects

Let's just change this top thing to say "In-progress" instead of active so it doesn't look like there are 3 diff statuses

The reason it says Active right now is because there is a 3rd state (Overdue) that still counts as active. We just don't have any test projects that show it. I grouped it with In-Progress under Active bc they are ongoing projects that need to be worked on, but it's just helpful to flag OVERDUE projects

Would it help if we change completed to inactive so that none of them match lmao
