How to promote token presale?

I am planning to held ERC20 token presale and just wonder how to promote token presale, so lots of people purchase our token in presale.

Usually, there are several ways to promote token presale, but I guess the best way is to use revenue sharing model.
I mean, owners can register selected, reliable users as promoters and sell tokens to them at a lower price or share raised funds after presale, whereas promoters can advertise presale to their followers.

Like referring system in online shopping, owners can generate unique 6-digit promo code for promoters and they announce their promo code to their followers and users input promo code when purchasing tokens. In this case users who have promo code can also get extra percentage of tokens when they claim tokens.

This way, we can promote presale round and achieve the goals in a short period time.

Thats a great approach.
And we can consider early investor mechanism.
Owners can set investors who buy tokens before half of softcap (for example) reached as early investors, and sell tokens at a lower price or get bonus tokens after presale. This way, investors can compete to be an early investors.
I think its also a good approach.
