Where do I find the settings for the temporary library ILEDITOR?

I am setting up a new PC and installing Code for i.
Its been a long time since I last did this, so I am following the videos on Youtube, but Code4i has changed so much, I cannot find where to check/set it?

Is there a newer video to watch?

Go to the connects and right click on settings.

I recognize that page from prior usage, but I do not get it now. I click on the gear(Manage). Then click Settings and this is what I get.

I found it on the server connection settings.
