Failed to get image for client id - 8.60 v1

Hello, I'm having some problems to open an otb with a custom client because it always give the error below with some items:

And I can't understand why because I can see all this sprites on Object Builder, for example:

I tried to change otb version and even creating a new one, but I always get the same error on the same sprites, it just "doesn't load them". Am I doing something wrong or it is a bug?

edit: the client DOESN'T have transparency and isn't extended
