Multi-display support for the app

Problem to solve

What if a user has multiple displays connected to a device? For example, I have a laptop but have 2 additional external monitors set up; however, memento-native only records my primary screen (aka my laptop screen).

Proposed solution

Follow the mouse to record the active screen.There are a few options here.

1. Follow the mouse to record the active screen.
2. Option to assign which screen to record in the app
3. Record all attached screens in separate MP4 files.
