"Root" Parameter is not used in FTP Adapter

When creating the FTP Adapter, the "Root" Parameter is not passed to the adapter.
Result is that it is not working for configuration with initial root param.

in File lib/Storage/FTP.php, adding root param gives proper initial instance of Adapter, but browsing in directories does not work.
