I am Guanggeng Yang and I tested the app of John Pelliccia MinSDK: 19.

The minimum SDK is 19.
The target SDK is 28.
The code, the apk and a screenshot are available at the right location in the GitHub repository.
The code uses fragments
I tested the app on my OnePlus 7 pro and emulator whose version is Android 9.0.
The app does not crash.
