Integrate dotfiles

I raise this issue because I found most of the sources here are confusing and may confuse the user when searching this repository.
If you don't mind, I send PR to this repository in the coming days and I will put the packages source available in pcp and ppr repos in this repository (if available).

Source files are scattered in our organizations , this repo only contains dotfiles. im organizing things in this week and put everything in its place.

there is no such thing as PCP sources, because PCP packages are coming from AUR and some of them are no longer needed, this applies to the PPR repo to, i need to remove some un-needed packages
