[Feature]: Terminal Docking to the right

Problem or use case

• The terminal below the agent chat feels small and not user-friendly.
• Makes it harder to use the Agent and monitor the terminal at the same time.

Proposed solution

A simple option that can dock the terminal to the right for those who prefer it that way, and the behaviour persists unless changed by the user.

Why this matters

Makes the user experience better since docking the terminal to the right simply gives user more room to use the AI agent as well as the terminal.

Smallest useful scope

A simple toggle button that moves the terminal to the right. This would solve the problem.

i made a similar PR #1690, but your seems more focused as i also added workspace scoped terminals so could be better to go with yours tbh as its a more focused PR
