Add ASCII art branding to Donna's output banners

Donna's output should include distinctive ASCII art formatting to visually distinguish her responses from other AI/CLI noise in the terminal.

Currently, Donna uses simple text banners like ━━━ Donna ▸ Begin the Day ━━━. The idea is to replace or enhance these with ASCII art that gives Donna a stronger visual identity, making it immediately clear when Donna is speaking vs. other tool output.

This could include:

• An ASCII art logo/header for workflow banners
• Distinctive framing or borders around Donna's key outputs
• Consistent visual language across all Donna skills

This issue was just created from within Donna as part of user acceptance testing some new stuff. Could be a fun feature though (with the option to disable it).

While I was waiting for some stuff, I played around with getting Claude to draw ASCII art of Donna and it is quite clear that this is not an area where Claude excels. It did however lead to the idea that Claude can draw a different kind of header, a frame etc. so I think this just for fun feature might actually be worth exploring a bit.
