Dependencies not met

When I try to install skin from ZIP downloaded here it will end with "Dependencies not met" message.

I use current OpenELEC.

The skin has been abandoned for now since I had not heard back from the graphic designers that were interested in developing it. I would restart the project if someone becomes interested in designing the visual elements.

The current status was only a mockup and would not provide mush functionality.
