When I use Claude Code, and particularly notebook-intelligence plugin. I will walk away from the PC when my prompt is cooking.
This means if it prompts me for approval, often, it times out and I have to ask the agent to pick up from where it left off.
When I use Claude Code on my computer, I can leave claude waiting for much longer periods (>1 day) of time and it will not time out. In fact I have never had it time out.
So my first suggestion is for the timeout to not be thing, and allow the user to wait for atleast as long as there Jupyter login is still valid.
The next problem I encounter is if I have to refresh my browser, I lose the chat history. Yes I can recover previous sessions but I cant read the previous dialogue. This is a feature I would really like to see.
All in all its a very useful extension and thank you maintainers for all your hard and ongoing efforts.
