The button should be placed at the right upper corner of the app:
It should have 3 states:
- Default
- Maximazed (the components should fill all the size of the client area with no margins/paddings and centration)
- Full Screen
The state should be stored for user and restored on next open.
For FullScreen option Maximazed option can be used
