Add web-based authentication flow

Currently, this extension supports authentication to GitHub through Personal Access Token and Device flow.
We should implement a [web based authentication](https://docs.github.com/en/apps/oauth-apps/building-oauth-apps/authorizing-oauth-apps#web-application-flow) too and come up with possible use cases for each of the authentication options
