Orientation Endpoint on Apple App

The Sensor Stream Pro app on Apple iPhone does not allow you to send orientation data. I believe this was an oversight as an orientation endpoint exists in the server code.

I could be missing something, but I tried turn on several combinations of sensors and couldn't receive anything on the orientation endpoint.

Most phones didn't seem to have a sensor for that anymore, so it was a conscious decision to remove that sensor.
There's a way to calculate that using other sensor values, and I will try to use the following to add that info back: https://github.com/first-dev/expo-orientation-sensor

In the interim, can you try to calculate this yourself just like how they've done it in the above library? If you figure out a way to do it in python, feel free to raise a PR for the server!
