How to convert MSB LSB Values from Distance sensor.

Hi, I'm trying to make a Water Level for a tank, I'm using a sensor AJ-SR04M with the CC2530, I follow the guide for create the HEX (https://ptvo.info/zigbee-configurable-firmware-features/external-sensors/ultrasonic-sensors-us100-or-hc-sr04/)

The devices its paired and sending data, but Zigbe2mqtt send me N/A in the value

But in the State TAB show a value, I dont know what else i need to do to convert this in the correct distance measure.

Any ideas can you please help me?
