[feature] bender checkout -v and bender update -v

When we manually update the bender.lock file, and then run bender checkout again, bender won't re clone the dependencies.
It is difficult to debug/understand why this happens and give better logs than just "it didn't work for us".
It would be great to be able to see under the hood what is actually happening to try to fix this issue.

Thus, I am requesting a -v flag for bender checkout and bender update
