Got this bug report: SWeini/sw-rates#40
I will fix it on my side. Burner energy sources with burnt_inventory_size=0 simply do not create the burnt result. This is intentional behavior in the engine, not a bug.
I report it here, because I think the current behavior might not be wanted and is simply a result of conflicting mod intentions.
PyBlock zerostart branch adds burnt result for wood. PyHM changes burner to only allow biomass fuel category and sets burnt_inventory_size to 0.
